What you share in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if I am legally required to disclose information.
Your personal data (such as contact details, session notes, and GP information) is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection law. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (Reg. No. ZB603179). Confidential documents may be shared via password-protected attachments.
You are welcome to request whether your assessment report is shared with your GP or psychiatrist (if applicable).

Late cancellation or missed appointment: Charged in full if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
Holidays: You may cancel one session free of charge every 8 weeks
