The Therapeutic Journey

A therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, care, and deep respect.

Who I Work With

My clients are often intelligent, sensitive people who are used to coping alone. Many have careers in demanding sectors (healthcare, tech, law, the arts, etc.) and yet quietly carry emotional burdens that feel unspeakable.

Some are survivors. Some are high-functioning and burning out. Some are just tired of keeping up the performance.

Most are seeking more than just coping strategies. They’re looking for a relationship where they can be seen without judgement, where their pain makes sense, and where their desire for a different life is taken seriously.

How I Work

Therapy is a space of deep listening. Together, we trace the contours of your inner world: your fears, longings, contradictions. We build awareness, slowly. We meet the parts of you that you’ve hidden or pushed away.

Sometimes, this process is tender. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. But over time, something shifts. New possibilities emerge within your relationships, your body, your mind.

I work long-term and short-term, always tailored to your needs. We can explore one specific issue or engage in deeper exploratory work.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, once per week. Available in English, Spanish, or Dutch.

Inner Alchemy

For me, therapy isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about transformation. We take what feels unbearable, unnameable, or stuck, and we work with it. We turn it over, examine it, and make space for it.

And slowly, something changes. You change. Not into someone else, but into someone more fully yourself.
