What I Offer

Life can be incredibly demanding. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burned out from overperformance, caught in cycles of compulsive behaviour, or haunted by past relationships or trauma. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin again.

I work with people who want more than symptom relief. People who are ready to understand themselves more fully, challenge old narratives, and reimagine how they live, love, work, and relate.

My Approach

My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, meaning we explore how your early relationships, emotional templates, and unconscious patterns continue to shape your present. This kind of depth work opens space for genuine insight and emotional transformation, not just surface-level change.

That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy is most effective when it adapts to the person in front of me. Depending on your needs, I may also draw from:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – to clarify thoughts, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical coping strategies

  • DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) – to make sense of recurring relationship patterns and emotional responses

  • CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy) – to address self-criticism and shame by cultivating inner warmth and emotional safety

  • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) – to help with emotional regulation, especially when feelings become overwhelming or reactive

  • Psychosexual Therapy – to understand and heal difficulties around desire, intimacy, sexual functioning, or shame

  • LGBTQ-Affirmative Psychotherapy – to honour and explore your sexual, gender, and relational identities without pathologising them

  • Trauma-Informed Care – to ensure that therapy moves at your pace, respects your boundaries, and holds space for survival strategies

  • Systemic Thinking – to understand how your family, culture, and social context shape who you are and how you cope

Above all, I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or protect others from your truth. We go at your rhythm. No agenda, no pressure. Just consistent, thoughtful attention to the life you’re living and the one you want to grow into.
